Diaphragm Foam Tank

SF Fire & Ventilation Systems provides bladder tank foam systems designed to produce reliable foam solution using existing fire water pressure during critical fire events, without the need for any external power source.

In a bladder tank system, a flexible diaphragm separates the foam concentrate from the surrounding pressurized water inside the tank. The outer shell contains pressurized water, while the inner bladder holds the foam concentrate.

When the system is activated, the water pressure between the outer shell and the diaphragm compresses the bladder, forcing the foam concentrate out toward the proportioning unit.

As a result, water and foam concentrate are accurately mixed to form an effective foam solution for fire suppression. Since the system operates solely based on water pressure, no additional energy source is required.
