Balanced Pressure Skid Foam Unit

SF Fire & Ventilation Systems provides foam trolley (foam cart) systems designed for rapid and mobile fire suppression in industrial and high-risk environments where quick response is critical.

The foam trolley is equipped with a 2” / 2 1/2” foam generator, a 2” / 2 1/2” foam nozzle, and an 80 mm rubber-capped filling inlet for easy refilling and operational convenience.

The foam generator has a capacity of 200 L/min and includes an integrated proportioning system capable of operating within a 1%–6% foam concentrate induction ratio. The system operates on a vacuum-based principle, ensuring consistent and stable foam-water mixing.

With an operating pressure range of 6–8 bar, the system provides an effective throw distance of approximately 15–20 meters, making it suitable for fast response in medium-scale fire scenarios.

The foam trolley also includes a 40 mm rubber-plug suction inlet for foam concentrate intake. To protect the tank during vacuum operation, a derlin (Delrin) air vent component is installed.

The chassis is constructed from 40×40 mm steel square profiles, ensuring structural durability, while the handle is made from a 26 mm diameter, 2 mm thick steel pipe for ergonomic handling and mobility.

The polyester tank is equipped with dual 2” / 2 1/2” hose connections on both sides. The system includes a 20-meter fire hose certified to TS 9222 standards, along with 2” / 2 1/2” couplings and aluminum clamps certified to TS 12258.
